BEFORE WE UNPACK YOUR SEAT, LETS LOOK AT WHATS UNDERNEATH IT

What if "use your seat" wasn't something you were supposed to be magically able to do?

Welcome to REIGN: Rider Embodiment Lab.

Introducing: A Back You Can Sit On.

A free Rider Lab experiment exploring a question we don’t ask often enough:

Before we try to fix the rider’s seat… what are we actually asking them to sit on?

Together, we’ll take one simple exercise I’ve used for more than a decade and pull it apart piece by piece — exploring the ingredients that help a horse become happier and more available through the back.

Through a series of small experiments, you’ll learn to question, recognise — and begin to create — a back that feels more supple, swinging and elastic underneath you.

Because when the horse’s back changes, sitting becomes easier — and we create more possibility for connection, harmony and ease between horse and rider.

No perfect riding required. Just curiosity.

Because before we can communicate more subtly with the horse, we need to learn to feel more subtly within ourselves.
